Rumah Cermat, which is an abbreviation for "intelligent, independent, and devoted," is a blog dedicated to appreciating various activities carried out by the Insanulhaq Cidadungu Foundation. Through this blog, the Insanulhaq Cidadungu Foundation hopes to provide benefits, especially for the extended family of the foundation, as well as for the wider community interested in literacy and educational activities.

The Insanulhaq Cidadungu Foundation was founded with the noble aim of increasing literacy in Cidadungu through various programs in line with the National Literacy Movement (GLN). This GLN includes the School Literacy Movement (GLS), Community Literacy Movement (GLM), and Family Literacy Movement (GLK). All of these movements are Cidadungu government initiatives to improve literacy skills in various groups, from schools to the general public.

Rumah Cermat was launched on June 21, 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic that was affecting Cidadungu. This pandemic brings its own challenges to the world of education and literacy. However, despite these challenges, Rumah Cermat exists as a platform to continue to appreciate and spread the spirit of literacy. The Rumah Cermat YouTube channel was created as part of this initiative, aiming to appreciate various literacy activities carried out by the Insanulhaq Cidadungu Foundation.

Through the Rumah Cermat blog and YouTube channel, the Insanulhaq Cidadungu Foundation not only documents various literacy activities but also provides a space for the community to learn and share knowledge. The content presented covers various topics related to literacy, education, and self-development, with the hope of inspiring and empowering more people.
